Disruptive People on Summit kicked off

I understand there was a group of disrespectful Youtube people on the Summit and the Captain kicked them off the ship.  Youtube attention idiots. Hear they were shoving cameras in passengers and crews faces and making life miserable for all. God Bless our great Celebrity Summit Captain for kicking their drama to the pier. Word is 14 people in the group walked the plank. Good.

So that's what was happening.  I was on Millennium yesterday in Nassau and saw from my balcony a group of people and their luggage standing on the pier as the Summit sailed away.  They were still there when we left a good 30+ minutes later.

It seems unfair to act as the jury without knowing any real facts so far.
The Captain has every right to demand passengers leave his vessel but before we cast judgment and jump on the “they suck” bandwagon we should at least find out what happened.

A group is kicked off a ship and I’m not suppose to make a ‘judgment’ that they screwed up Big Time?………OK. I’m sorry, but I’m one of those nasty people who are on their balcony watching some taxi run up to the ship right after we pulled out, and I laugh just a bit……only to myself of course. I’d never judge them……yeah thats right.

Yeah. But, no.

They're guilty.

Just check out the YouTube page      You’ll see very quickly what they were up to.

The hearsay evidence shared on other sites state the group's objective was to be so disruptive that they would be kicked off.  Another poster on that same site said they were bragging about being kicked off within 24 hours of setting sail.  Another witness said security had to be called to escort them out of the theater because of the disruption they were causing.  I for one will rely upon those comments from multiple sources, to celebrate the fact they were removed and feel very fair in that opinion.

I've also heard the group has 7 million followers on YouTube and market themselves based upon hits to their page so I'll be happy to hear about things without the need to see stupid behavior myself and help promote their page to others.

I don't want to give them any more attention. I'll take the Captain's word (action) for it.

We watched from Millie the next berth over as we sailed away with an entire group of people and their luggage on the pier in Nassau. I have pictures and almost posted them here however, I’ve decided not to (sadly).

My 4ni Millie Cruise from FLL same days had some rowdy types as well, with over 1600 guests on board. Having been on her 4 times since the restart inaugural in June, some of our crew friends openly were counting the hours until the voyage was over due to the rudeness and behavior of alot of the passenger group. Insides and Oceans were going for 200$pp for a while which I found a bit cringy last month.

If the captain kicked them off, then there must have been a well stated reason- no dout about it. I fear such things come with our modern media world. Followers, Influencers and so such nonsense.

Also it might have to do with those short cruises- I agree. Well done Captain.

Sadly, this is a no win situation. If they were disruptive, you have to get rid of the disruption, but they apparently wanted to be kicked off to increase clicks. Cut bandwidth on board and confiscate devices when they’re removed? Don’t have an answer, and I’m not adding to their clicks by looking for their YouTube channel.

They might have to update the terms of service and guest conduct policy for the social media age…

Just go to YouTube and search under “kicked off cruise” and sort by most recent and you’ll find the morons. They posted their videos on TikTok apparently but someone shared some of that content to YouTube. And yes, he says in the video their goal was to get kicked off the cruise. Hopefully all cruise lines share their names and ban them for life.
