Seriously? Clicking a link is a foreign language?  How in the world did you ever find CC in the first place?

So I clicked on the link.

Yes, it 's in English........................

Sorry, there is a problem

The page you requested does not exist

Error code: 1S160/2

Life's too short for this sort of nonsense

Looks like the ad up top is refreshing then refreshing the whole page

That's an interesting observation. What makes you think it's the ad that's doing it? If this problem is being caused by a rogue ad, then that would be a long way towards solving the problem.

It would also explain why some of us aren't seeing the problem - I usually don't see ads (although I'm not using an ad blocker as such, but a similar safety mechanism).

It's incredibly sad that fellow members have to step up to the plate to offer assistance since official CC help does not seem forthcoming.

To be fair, 'twas ever thus. Hosts, too, are volunteers drawn from the ranks of members. And it's much like this on every IBB that I've used, even though most are commercial operations.

On MAC Google Chrome mine stopped even doing the menopausal flashing and simply refuses to accept my password.  In the past it needed a bit of cooling down and then would work.  Most recently it simply refuses to accept me without a LONG cooling off period.

And as others have said deleting cookies daily is a great nuisance.

I'm following two active HAL roll calls so this is most frustrating.

That was the desired result.  Simply click home to continue.

Also having the same problem here. I also notice I am not receiving notifications of postings and they are not being added. very frustrating as it is only a recent development.

Am I being thick?

I cannot see "home" anywhere on that page. Or anything that looks like "home". Not even by clicking on every button and drop-down.

I guess I'm not seeing the same page as you.

Would love to show you a screen-shot but  haven't a clue.

Gave up when I got to  .........."Unlike XP, the clipboard cannot be viewed in Windows 7. You need a copy of clipbrd.exe from an XP computer. It is located in C:\WINDOWS\system32. Copy it into the same folder in Windows 7 and to run it, click the Windows Orb (Start), type clipbrd and press Enter."

I'm off to bed.

And might not be back.

Thanks to yourself, G., and everyone else for trying

I normally use IE.........it has been funky all day (on here)..........so I used Chrome and just for CC that works ok........I do think it is CC and not all of our browsers........up until yesterday things had been working correctly so something must have happened for this to continually go bonkers........the screen keeps going and going to where you cannot click on the activity stream since it won't stay still.
