Yes, plenty of helping hands.  My girls especially.  There was not any noticeable fluid in the elbow, now they are thinking an infection.  They are giving him heavy duty antibiotics, hoping it will clear.  Otherwise they will have to operate on the arm😳. Luckily he only hears half of this, otherwise he would be going crazy.

Operate on the arm for what? Where is the pain located?

Post op appointment with my surgeon went good. He thought everything was progressing great and the X-rays looked like everything is aligned and looking good. Here is my new bionic knee.

Took the surgery bandage off and released me from having to wear compression stockings. Yeah!!! Not going to win any sexy legs competitions but that’s ok. Continue therapy for another 6 weeks and start to wean myself off the pain meds. Things are getting better. Now off to therapy this afternoon.

👏👏👏

So tired of being worried😢
Thanks for understanding, it helps so much.

I always think it would be easier if whatever was happening to me then being the one to have to worry.  Hang in there and take care of yourself too.  I know it is hard.  Hugs from afar.

Here we go with the food porn. It is Ash Wednesday. I'm **supposed** to be fasting.😏

As I say to my husband when he kids me "What are you giving up for Lent?" .....  I say ... "My whole life is a sacrifice."

@Jimbo - Not sure why I didn't think of this earlier when we were discussing your kitchen oven arrangement, but have you considered using a combo microwave and convection oven?  This could be wall mounted above your regular oven.  We had one in Cincinnati (GE Profile).  We used it as a microwave oven 95% of the time but also used it as a (smaller) second oven when needed.  The model that we had wasn't big enough for turkeys or roasts but was fine for casseroles and other smaller needs.

Sending our prayers 🙏 and best wishes Lenny that a pain solution can be found for you.

Paulines late mam had a bad bed sore and Pauline put a high quality strength Manuka honey on the sore and it cleared up.

Graham.

Sounds like you had a wonderful cruise🤩   I have never been to Dominica yet.   I will save your recommendation for the Cooking with Daria, that sounds fun!

Many years ago a co worker friend and her husband rented a house on Dominica for two weeks every summer. The pictures of the island looked beautiful .Toby and I went there in 1994 for the first time and loved the island .We have been back several times.

In and out of DMV in 30 minutes.  Would have taken less time, but I had to have my picture taken 4 times.  Bangs got in the way, and I had to move 3 times to get the proper finished photo. I had to smash my body against the wall.  I think the camera wasn't placed correctly.  Plus the agent seemed to take forever going over my renewal application. At least there was hardly any wait with 3 people ahead of me on line.  Apparently, reservations DO work.

Such a beautiful sunny day today.  Temps high 70s. After running some errands, we decided to drive up to Buc'ees for their famous brisket sandwiches.  We ate every crumb they were so good.  I usually am not a fan of eating in the car but for Buc'ees I make an exception.

Normally I watch the show on tape the following day ,however,I plan to watch it tonight.Hopefully it will be a good show with interesting challenges.

Me too. Well, I'll give the DVR a 30-45 minute head start so I can fast forward thru the commercials but I'll be done in time for "live" talk.

I've always wished AR had a "live" reunion show. I'd like to see how the teams interact with each other when they were not racing or after they've been eliminated but before they could go home.
