Are you enjoying our 95 degree weather today? Humidity below 40%. We were just invited to come down to our complex pool to party hardy. Rumor has it wine will be served with lots of munchies. Luckily, I just bought my favorite dill dip yesterday so that and a bag of chips will be our contribution.

It’s one of their most popular items. I was surprised how much I liked it.
George C Posted May 27 #122555 Share Posted May 27 Interesting weekend started great ended really bad. Had lunch with one of my best friends for 60 years , but knew his wife all my life , lived a couple of houses away. Had a really nice lunch at Gallaghers, then went to see a show at 54 below which is a great place to listen to music , there were 7 female singers doing Steven Sondheim songs ( my brother had meet him a couple of times) followed by more drinks at Gallaghers, had seen some famous people here and Kelsey Grammer was eating at the bar a couple of stools away , my brother and a couple others talked to him . About midnight my wife got a tip of her finger caught on our hotel door , so we spent next 6 hours in Bellevue hospital lots of blood. Currently sitting in LaGuardia our plane is delayed again. 15

Bellevue should have contributed to your city entertainment. Sorry that place ended up being part of your NYC visit. I wonder if your flight delay has to do with the fog bank enveloping the coast.

I think I was on a cruise with him in 1986 that had most of the team on SS Norway. But Larry Bird wasn’t one .

The blue layer without the crushed ice. or with the blue crushed ice layer? They both taste good, but I may need to do some more sampling. They look delicious!

It’s a very cool, dreary Memorial Day here after two absolutely perfect weather days. We have nothing planned, maybe some yard work if the showers let up. It would be a good day to read, but lately I’m having trouble getting into anything I really like. Maybe I’ll just browse cruises?! Same here, Deb. Many All-Star and playoff games when my daughters all played Softball. Jim just walked into the room and said what a weird Memorial Day. Nothing happening around here, rain finally arrived here last night sometime, and it's been raining off and on, sometimes just drizzle. Not the horrific weather some of the US has been experiencing.
