Now no cruises on website

We’ve been having medallion issues and now this morning I logged into Princess.com and we have no cruises showing.   Anyone else experiencing this?
 

I’m hoping that some one is working on redoing our cruises so that they work with the medallion since we were told our issues had been escalated. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Same here - I just checked.  Also, my saved cruises are not showing.

I was on the phone with Princess yesterday.  Spoke to a nice lady who said it was her first day back on the phones in over a year.  She'd been moved to the office to do all the processing of cancelled cruises.   
Hopefully as they move staff back to the phones, the wait times will be better. I only waited about 10 min.  
 

She asked me if I knew about Medallion for completing my cruise info.

I laughed and asked if it was working. 
She replied "only 50/50 unfortunately".

  Wow this does not sound good . We can hope that the Princess web site is under maintenance & will soon be back up as usual 

 

 As far as medallion is concerned we are on Dec 2022 Discovery Princess cruises & we can hope for the best about the medallion working properly

I tried to log on to Princess.com and get the spinning:

 

Good News!

You are now logged in to Princess.com

Processing...

 

When I click on My Account, I get:

 

Welcome undefined! Log Out

 

Nothing else works.

 

I guess I'll log out, who ever I is.

 

UPDATE, I now get the Technical Difficulties page.
