Hate to hi-jack Jim's thread but what is the workaround for your hairdryer.  Did they provide an adapter? We are in that suite next year.

If your plug fit a UK, US or Continental you should be ok on a revolutionized S or M class.

I often carry an adapter with extra USB slots just in case.   Haven’t used them but will use the UK adapter when visiting Scotland at end of cruise.

Upper Suite Pajamas

Well getting up today at 3:30 AM due to the banging I decided to give the Jammie’s a try.  I selected the Large - X-Large to answer an earlier question about fit.

I’m 6’ tall, 32 inch waist, wear a 42 R jacket and wear 15 1/2 x 32 shirt.   They fit me perfectly and we’re very comfortable.

We will be in Summit penthouse next year. Pj's should be interesting on me. I am 5 ft 1 in.

The only trouble @Jim_Iain is that other than an adapter with no wire any thing such a a laptop charger or hair curlers etc the socket is upside down and pretty much unusable!🙃

Thanks, we've had these on our last 2 cruises and they worked fine.

The workaround is to plug the hairdryer into the 110 outlet on the side of the bed closest to the door to the deck (having first unplugged the stupid light), drag the desk chair over there, and use the mirror on the wall there.  You might want to move the lamp down to the lower level of the Ikea end table, as it is right in your line of vision.

Wouldn't your PRH take care of this for you? Can you post a picture of the Euro plug?

Out on my final walk on Stevens Creek Trail and Starbucks break.    Will be relying on Al Bacio for awhile for my caffeine fix.

Hi Jim

I'm late to your live blog party.  I picked up a travel Aeropress to use on our Sept. Reflection cruise per your recommendation from our Sept 2019 Equinox cruise.  I like my coffee iced, daily, winter or summer.

No Selfies so fa LOL.   A nice couple stopped by our table outside on OV deck to introduce themselves.   They were from northern England but my tired old memory their handle. - But name was Pam and Bob.

They said they met another couple that wanted to meet us.  We can usually be found walking on the track.   Due to the port intensive cruise I guess we have been illusive.

Do to potential of contact tracing we haven’t attended any of the events due to lack of masks and social distancing.

Maybe we will be out more on next cruise, but it will also be very Port intensive.

You are both a “breath of fresh air” so to speak in this forum. I missed meeting both of you on a Equinox ABC cruise last September that we cancelled, but hope one day in the future, I’ll get another chance.

All the very best to both of you……..See you on the next tack !

I really love the quirkiness of this carousel and the fact that you can see the wood in all its beauty, thank you for these lovely photos, see you onboard on Saturday.

Jim your grandchildren are so cute! How lovely 🥰

We have been to La Rochelle a few times on cruises (I worked at Fred Olsen many years) it is one of my favourite places and your photos brought back some wonderful memories of when our boys were smaller and we used to love the merry go round! Well, I am sure I loved it more than they did actually 🤣 I am pleased to see your test is negative.

They also delivered a Small / Medium set so I tried the large one first.    I'm guessing they may work.

You will have to send a picture.    I have more adapters to fit all possibilities (to Iain's Chagrine)

Well just received my resultsimage.png.ba69906df05ff0c9368ecf8a346f2623.png

Yikes -  It has been an 1 1/2 hour since the test and no telephone call or contact at this point.   Iain was just looking out the peep hole and I asked are their prison guards out there.

More as this unravels -

By the way I feel perfectly normal, temperature 97.8 (my normal) Oxygen Saturation 99

The hardest part I have is to link up a person to their handle on CC.   Some are so quirky they are easy to remember.

That must feel a bit unnerving! Do you know whether they’d test you again to make sure it isn’t a false positive?
