Nice try, but the argument remains the same.  Those who live in a port city or close by have lower travel costs in general than those who have to fly into town.

You can always move.

Love your “bilge class” category of cabins.  Very funny!  Do they put you on the oars when the ship is docking?  Seriously, thanks the chuckle!

C'mon.  There are no oars on a ship that big.  We just have deal with the occasional bilge water incursion and of course the bilge rats.  And if we're on a 'fun ship' we deal with the rug rats.  But the price can't be beat!

I always thought it was "steerage class"....Or was that just on the Titanic :classic_wink:

Oh my...never have been ? :classic_ohmy:

Maybe I shouldn't admit it but we've even been to some in other countries.

We usually visit a Costco too .... very interesting.

Not if you've decided to expand your horizons.

I just might want to cruise out of beautiful Bayonne some day. Probably not, though.

The majority here follows the science...Remember we were the first to shutdown.

I'm sorry, but CA Covid stats are nothing to boast about.😉

Pretty sure that second wave hit y'all pretty hard

I admit I have shopped in Walmart, perhaps once every 2-3 months, for items that I can't get elsewhere.

We are also fully vaccinated and don't support Florida's foolish law prohibiting vaccine mandates for cruise pax.  I'm not planning to move to Florida.  We do 2-3 cruises a year.  We urge everyone to get vaccinated!

I said nothing "boastful" about or referred to our "stats"... and I'm sure you know our population numbers vs other states.

My go to supply depot everytime I am in Puerto Vallarta. Directly across from cruise terminal, air conditioned and has free wifi. Many ship crew also shop there.

Percentages are in upper ranges.😉

'Majority here follows the science'

'We were first to shutdown'

Apologies if I misunderstood your comments
