Was just told on phone with Royal that cruises are cancelled thru Feb 28,2021. Lost my casino freebie on Harmony Feb 7, 2021. No word if they will allow it to be moved. Was told to call casino back tommorow.

It was literally just announced.  You will hear something.  They don't contact cruisers before they announce it so everyone is just hearing about it.

if you go to https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/   and enter your booking reservation number for your cruise instead of your C & A number it will give you options but you may have to wait a couple of days while they work out details.

They are regularly posting casino offers on this site.    Seems like every couple of weeks we get new offers.     You may want to check and see if you have any new casino offers by entering your last name and C & A number.

Good Luck!

Not at all surprised.  Goodbye Diamond class and my Jan. Independence sailing.  I'll probably take my refund.  But I do see a lot of 6 night sailings in Jan 2022.  So it will be tempting to maybe shift to a junior suite on Odyssey or Allure.

You can call customer service and request refund or FCC by phone or wait till you receive the email and do it online.     Remember you can do Lift and Shift and I am pretty sure they still have the option to move your deposit to a new booking if you want to book a new cruise for later 2021 instead of doing L & S to 2022.

Heads up!!!! Just received this message from RCI via our TA:

As our priority continues to be the health and safety of our guests, crew and the communities we visit, we continue to prepare for our operational return. We are committed to taking the time to get it right, so the decision has been made to further extend our list of suspended sailings through February 28, 2021. Exceptions to this include Singapore sailings onboard Quantum of the Seas, and Spectrum of the Seas’ China departures between January 24 - February 28, 2021. Additionally, the remainder of the Australia/New Zealand season has been cancelled — through April 2021.

Yay!! Don't need to pay anymore $$!!

My offer is already showing.  I went from a comped 7-night sailing on the Harmony in November to a 4-night sailing on the Mariner in January.  That has just become a 10% discount.

So we had a bunch of things booked like excursions and dining package.  When I go to try and cancel I get this message:

IMPORTANT UPDATE
This sailing has been suspended as a result of changes and developments related to COVID-19. Learn More
If you pre-purchased any Cruise Planner items, you are eligible to receive an Onboard Credit in the value of 125% of the total Cruise Planner purchases on your reservation. Click here to request your higher value credit through December 16, 2020.

So does that mean we will not be getting a refund on anything we booked for extras?

Let's extend lift and switch while we are asking, all 3. Plus let us do a double lift and switch. Some are getting to where they cant lift and switch because only 1 allowed.

The double L&S needs to be a priority I'd think.

I'd venture they can't afford too many more refunds..... they gotta hang on to every penny and customer they can at this point.....

Fifth cruise in a row canceled. Next sailing scheduled for April 4th 2021. Maybe it will sail.

Sure having trouble using FCC's.

This is only my 3rd but I'm likely going to hit 4 in May and if the Canada/US border thing doesn't get sorted my Alaska in August looks doomed.

Are you saying 10% off next cruise is your new offer?  Did you have any other casino offers?  We had 3 offers in there and booked a freebie for end of september for 7 nights on oasis.  I figure september will be a better chance of it actually sailing.

They tried to do the same thing to me.  I had a 7 night comped JS on Symphony and they said they could move it to a couple of different 4-5 night cruises on smaller ships. Then said I could do a 7 night Explorer out of SJ but they would not price protect.  It would have been a comped balcony.  No thanks.  Just cancelled and took the refund.
