From the cabin photos it looks as if they replaced those awful wintry looking photos on the walls. 😀

I know it's a small thing but I really hated those photos.

The balcony chairs look as if they don't recline!  😡

The chairs definitely recline. Seems like the balconies that has loungers added are missing the foot stools though. Drama will ensue....

Michael's Club and Luminae remain in the same location.   The retreat is separate from both of those.

There you go. I believe you're correct about the carpet. The chairs seem to be the same.

Maybe it’s just the lighting, but the chairs in the “old” picture sure look brown and the new ones are decidedly royal blue.

I am glad the curtains have apparently been replaced in the cabins.  It seemed that we always got the room with holes which allowed bits of sunlight to come in.  A couple of the holes looked like cigarette burns.

 

I hope the artwork has been upgraded in the common areas.  On our recent cruise, some pieces had been removed and what was left was not near the quality in the other S-class ships.

There are office/swivel chairs and four-leg chairs on both photos. I think it's the same chairs moved around, or the photos are probably taken from each end of the casino.

The Retreat for suite pax... it is the Same place it was supposed to be--and was done on the other revolutionized ships. I believe there is no hot tub. I haven't seen it firsthand. At one time the revolutionized concept included a Suites only pool there yet evidently engineering nixed it

If I knew where that was I wouldn't have asked.

From what has been posted on CC and in the FB groups

Celebrity did do just about all they said they would to Equinox...

 

" on the Equinox there was never a plan to completely remodel staterooms except suites. The plan was always bedding and a refresh. What did change was the elimination of a bathroom redesign, the additional cabins & suites, and the hot tub in the retreat. They were able to accomplish almost everything originally planned."

 

IMHO given the change to Cadiz and loss of dry dock time (crane accident/RCCL)... Celebrity delivered based on plans and what could reasonably be accomplish. I suspect that more staterooms will get new drapes/bedding as planned/needed since not all were stripped down. The dry dock location change has been a huge monkey wrench for certain
